Yoga at Trinity Church

This event will be held at Trinity Church in Asbury Park.  We will engage in a beginner friendly yoga practice before we lead into deep meditation, journaling and a chance to connect with beautiful, spirited people, that are also on their journey to self-healing. I will share tips you can use in your daily practice of self-care and kick start your journey to self-healing for the new year of 2022, Lets connect and vibe with each other.
